1. Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States. All orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method at no additional cost.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Transit Time: 4–7 business days

Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (including processing)
Orders placed after 06:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.
4. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged during delivery:

Take a photo of the damaged package and contents.

Send the photo directly to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you made a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Return processing time is 7 days after receiving the returned item.
Return Method: All returns are handled by mail only. In-store returns are not accepted for online purchases.
Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. To return an item:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the prepaid return label.

Drop off the package at the shipping carrier location listed on the label.
If you misplaced your return label, please contact us for a new one.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free for qualifying items.
