Shipping Area:

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Costs:

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.

Order Processing & Delivery Times:

We want you to know exactly when your order will arrive. Our shipping timeline is as follows:

• Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
• Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
• Order Transit Time: 3 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
• Total Delivery Time: Typically 4 to 9 business days after you place your order.

(Note: Orders placed after the 3:00 PM EST cut-off time on Friday, or during weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.)

Shipping Carriers:

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your workwear and safety products arrive safely and on time.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

Address Changes:

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials.
• Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Contact us within 7 days if the package is confirmed lost.
• Liability: Workwear Clothing Xpress is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier after handover.
