- Usage: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. This is strictly enforced for hygiene and safety reasons regarding workwear.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Steps to Request a Return:

- Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide further instructions.
- Ship Back: Pack the item securely and ship it back to our facility using the provided method.
Return Shipping Costs:
We believe in fairness regarding shipping costs:
- Our Mistake (Defective/Wrong Item): If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, Workwear Clothing Xpress will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Choice (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to sizing issues, ordering the wrong product, or simply changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any hidden fees. There is $0.00 Restocking Fee on all eligible returns.
Refund Process:

- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 Business Days.
